FB Budgetel Suites: Newest Hotel in the City

FB Budgetel Suites, is the newest addition to the hotels in Cagayan de Oro City, though it is quite far from the city, approximately travel time will take about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road traffic.

The hotel caters mostly mobilized professionals and backpackers. The price of the hotel average from 250 PHP to 550 PHP, very modest room rates considering the distance of the hotel to the business district. The modest size of the room is great to a reasonable price. 

I have tour the hotel from the first floor to the third floor and the owner still has a plan to develop the roof top to a bar, it is actually a good plan adding amenities to the hotel building.

Since the hotel is new, it is highly expected on the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms, the smell of the building has an enticing effect  of luxurious bed rest.
