Since my present career has something to do with the hospitality industry, I will always be a frequent visitor or probably a guest to any hotels from low class or a budget class to a high end or a star rating hotel.
I guess, I have to write something to this hotel, I have been to this place for more than a couple of times. Chali Beach Resort and Conference Center or just Chali Beach Resort for short is a place that you can call a hidden serene avenue within the city. The coolness of the surrounding, the vibrant green plants and trees represents a true nature unexpectedly seen within the bustling metropolis of Cagayan de Oro City.
There is something to this place that welcomes every guests, The place has a power of soothing effect that generates mind tranquility, it seems that the place itself is an ambiance for a yoga guru wannabe. A solace and a therapeutic landmark on its own right.
The green carabao grass, the scent of the vine flowers and plants, the sounds of the waving leaves of that gigantic and majestic acacia tree seemed to me an orchestra of lullaby subtly influencing your mind to start a cycle of relaxation.
The atrium of the hotel is an pear shaped pool that is overlooking the ocean, the warm air coming from the sea fails its battle to conquer the coolness of the air within the hotels embracing serenity.
Overall, Chali Beach is truly welcoming tiny paradise not far from the city. I suggest, try to visit the place and stay for a few days, the price is average and the place is awesome.
