Hike to Active Lava Flows in Hawaii

Most of the volcano eruption in Hawaii occur at  very calm pace so there is an easy access to the lava flows but  a  guided hike is important for spectators safety.

The hikes out to the active lava flows can be challenging at times, access to the craters are limited due to safety issues for an overlook at a safer distance still an awe to every hikers.

These active lava flow adventure is not for everyone, there are some age restrictions and heath issues to consider. Lava fumes may put risk to a respiratory compromised spectators and as such  full protective devices maybe required.
